24 Hour Cancellation / Reschedule Policy and No Show Policy
If you must reschedule your appointment a 24 hour notice is appreciated. Same day cancellations will be billed at half price. No shows will be billed a the full price.
Emergencies are understood.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. New clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment.
Refusal of Service
We have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. This includes but is not limited to the use of drugs, alcohol, sexual comments/remarks or any behavior that we feel is inappropriate.
Refund Policy
Refunds will not be offered for services purchased in advance. Gift certificates are not refundable or redeemable for their cash value.
Privacy Policy
In Balance Healing Massage and Bodywork Center will not sell, trade, or provide your personal, financial, medical, or account information to any outside parties for any purpose. Information obtained during the intake process (and at future appointments, classes, or events) is only used to provide services at In Balance. All and any information collected (online or through electronic media) is retained securely on our premises in East Brookfield, MA.
