Unwind Lengthen and Strengthen
Day/Time: Wednesdays 9 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. & 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Want a gentle multilayered way of releasing patterns in your being that don’t serve you and uncover new freedom and balance? Then the Unwind, Lengthen and Strengthen class will be just right for you! Using an Exercise Ball and Yoga Blankets (all provided) you will first learn how to unwind the layers of your being (mentally, emotionally and physically), learn how to put more length in your body and then strengthen it. Leaving you feeling more peaceful, connected and strong.
Classes will be offered on Wednesday mornings from 9-10:30 am and Wednesday evenings from 6-7:30pm. Cost is $15/class if you sign up for the month or $20 for a drop in. Maximum class size is 6 people. This allows you to receive individual attention, support and guidance. This class supports you where you’re at. No experience necessary. Reserve your spot while space is still available.
